Anti-friction solid-film coating based on graphite
It is designed to be used on compressor piston skirts, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic drives, automotive and ship engines; crankshaft and camshaft bushings; spline joints; rods, guideways, plungers of the hydraulic systems; as an additional emergency lubrication in the units lubricated with an oil or a grease; to prevent piston skirts and cylinder walls from wearing during running-in, oil starving, cold starting, at overheat of the internal combustion engine.

MODENGY 1107 was used at repairing a set of truck pistons. It was applied onto the piston skirts by the method of spraying to reduce wearing at the ‘oil starving’ moments, ‘cold’ starting up, to protect against scuffing.

Features
Easy and convenient applying process at production by the silk-screening method. It is possible to apply it by the methods of spraying out after the compound is diluted to obtain viscosity required for spraying.
