Anti-Friction Solid-Film Coating Technology
MODENGY Anti-Friction Solid-Film Coating (ASC) technology enables to
reduce friction in the machines units and parts as down as possible, and at the
same time to extend their service lifetime, and to improve their energy efficiency.
We help successfully solve a whole set of tasks in the extreme mechanisms
operation modes such as under conditions of radiation, vacuum, chemically
aggressive environments, ultrahigh and ultralow temperatures, at high contact
pressures, etc.
We provide technical support to
the enterprises at all stages:
Starting with selecting the coating, and ending with ‘turnkey’ equipping the area for applying coatings in the customer’s territory.
Arranging the process on the coating applying is possible both in the customer’s territory and at our
company’s the production sites.

MODENGY Engineering Center
A new Engineering Center where training for the industrial enterprises specialists on theory and practice of coatings applying is held has been launched in Bryansk in 2020.
Production sites and the equipped lines to apply MODENGY coatings onto the parts enable to fulfill orders of various volumes within short terms. At the disposal of the specialists, there is modern equipment to prepare surfaces by mechanical and chemical methods, centrifugal machines to apply these products onto the batches of the items in bulk, the areas to apply MODENGY coatings by the method of spraying, the areas for polymerization and quality control.
Testing laboratory
The capabilities of the laboratory enable to the machinery producers to predict operational properties of the friction units already on their design stage.
Testing equipment enables to evaluate such important parameters as friction coefficient and wearing intensity according to ASTM G99 standard, anti-wear features according to the Reichert Method, anti-corrosive properties according to GOST 30630.2.5 (ISO 9227) standard as well as to test threaded connections according to GOST ISO16047-2015, to evaluate frictional heating, etc. Holding multiple-stage researches at the Modengy’s own laboratory enables to predict with high accuracy the properties of materials under development, and to guarantee high quality of the end products.
MODENGY SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION CENTER
MODENGY SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION CENTER was opened in 2021. Its purpose is to realize industrial production of the developed innovative technologies, direct interaction with the customers concerning the issues of designing, implementing, and selling the high-tech products, to make cooperation processes easier.
R&D Laboratory
A new laboratory was established and launched into operation at the territory of the Modengy Research and Production Center in 2024. It is equipped with high-tech specialty facilities for researching and designing the anti-friction materials with unique properties. This new scientific and technical division deals with the tasks covering a rather wide range of studies in the field of developing MODENGY solid-film coatings, pastes, and dry lubricating materials, learning and mastering the technologies of implementing the innovative nano-materials into created products.
New production site
In the year 2024, the Modengy company expanded its production and opened a new production site equipped with the advanced high-performance equipment to make MODENGY products. Launching the new site became an important stage in developing the company’s production infrastructure. Its launch enabled to significantly increase production volumes, to optimize the engineering processes, to reduce the terms for producing and shipping the orders to the customers.
The Modengy company’s first affiliate in Saint-Petersburg
Inauguration of the Modengy’s affiliate in Saint-Petersburg city took place at the beginning of 2026. This step has allowed the company to expand geography of its presence, to focus on dealing with the industrial enterprises of the Northwestern Federal District offering a quality service and prompt face-to-face meetings to their partners.
