Special cleaner

Industrial class special cleaner designed on basis of thoroughly selected mixture of high-purity organic solvents and functional additives. This product is intended to remove complex contaminations quickly and effectively including remnants of anti-adhesives, oils, and polymer materials without applying excessive mechanical force. How to apply

In order to obtain maximum cleaning efficiency and economical material consumption, follow the recommendations below:

  1. Preparation. Shake the cleaner container several times before use to distribute the functional components evenly within it.
  2. Compatibility test. Since there are a great variety of physicochemical properties of plastics, elastomers (rubbers), and paint-and-lacquer coatings, make sure to carry out a compatibility test before main application by applying the cleaner onto a small, barely noticeable area of the part. If necessary, protect sensitive parts of the equipment from getting the cleaner onto them.
  3. Applying. It is not recommended to pour the cleaner directly onto the part to be cleaned. To obtain optimal result, generously soak a clean, lint-free cloth or a tissue with MODENGY 3014 Cleaner.
  4. Cleaning. Thoroughly wipe the contaminated surfaces with the soaked cloth. At removing old or particularly persistent contaminations, procedure should be repeated.
  5. Drying. After cleaning, wait for the cleaner to evaporate completely off the surface (it usually takes several minutes) before moving on to the following technological operations.

  • Effective removal of remnants of oils, rust-preventing greases, separating agents, and anti-adhesives
  • Cleaning from any polymer materials: removing non-cured sealants, glue agents, and residues of mounting foams off the parts and equipment
  • Cleaning production accessories, molds, and finished items from the remains of foamed polyurethane foam, and other molding materials
