Applying MODENGY 1001 coating onto the fastening items at mounting the head of the engine cylinder block enables to prevent seizure, sticking, and scuffing, and thus, to provide easy following dismantling of the connections.
MODENGY 1001 based on molybdenum disulfide and graphite provides stable tightening torque, has high load-carrying capacity, high heat resistance (up to +440 °С), long service lifetime.
This coating is applied out of an aerosol can or spray gun, requires no heating to cure. It is used at engines assembly both on the stage of producing, and at maintaining and repairing.
