Anti-adhesive coating

In process of soldering together the seams of the medicines packages, an issue of melted polyvinylchloride (PVC) sticking to the edge-soldering plates surfaces arises.

To provide effective trouble-free process of packing pharmaceutical dosage forms, a coating with high anti-adhesive properties approved to contact with medicines is applied onto the surfaces of the edge-soldering plates.

This coating separates the surfaces preventing the melted packing material from sticking, and thus, extends service lifetime of the edge-soldering plates.
