Anti-friction solid-film coating for foil bearings
The coating is applied onto the petal operating surfaces, and performs the functions of reducing friction and protecting against wear at the moments of starting and stopping. Due to the adaptive mechanism realized in the coating composition, friction coefficient remains stable within a wide range of contact pressure.
