An engineer from MODENGY LLC will speak at PCVExpo-2026, the International Exhibition of Pumps, Compressors, Valves, Actuators and Motors. The event will take place from 19 to 21 October at Crocus Expo in Moscow.
As part of PCVExpo-2026, Crocus Expo will host the traditional conference Design and Technological Innovations in Valve Engineering, organised by the National Association of Valve Manufacturers (NPAA). The presentation will focus on solid lubrication technology and ways to extend the service life of industrial valves.
Industrial valves operate under high loads and are exposed to process media, temperature fluctuations, and repeated opening and closing cycles. Friction and wear between contacting components can increase operating forces, damage surfaces, and shorten equipment service life.
One way to address these challenges is to use anti-friction solid lubricant coatings. These coatings form a thin functional layer on component surfaces, reducing and stabilising friction, protecting contacting surfaces from wear, and helping extend the service life of assemblies.
During the presentation, the MODENGY specialist will discuss the characteristics of solid lubrication technology, its applications in valve engineering, and practical approaches to component protection. Particular attention will be given to valve assemblies where stable friction, seizure prevention, and long-term operational reliability are especially important.
MODENGY technologies are used in valve engineering to treat valve stems, threaded connections, fasteners, pneumatic actuators, and other components subject to friction.
PCVExpo brings together manufacturers and suppliers of pumping and compressor equipment, industrial valves, actuators, components, and technologies for the operation and maintenance of industrial equipment.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about MODENGY technology and discuss their challenges with the company’s specialists, including friction reduction, component protection, and extending the service life of industrial valves.
Join us at the conference “Design and Technological Innovations in Valve Engineering” on 19 October, from 14:10 to 16:10, in Hall 4, Pavilion 1, Crocus Expo.
