A new area on applying Modengy’s anti-friction and functional coatings starts working in Bryansk.
The line is equipped with all required equipment to fulfil this works: micro sandblast chambers, pneumatic main lines, supply-and-exhaust ventilation, accessory for preparation the parts surfaces by chemical and mechanical methods, spraying equipment, devices for quality control of the resulting layer.
To follow polymerization modes of the heat-curing coatings, the large-size kilns are installed. They enable to process parts of various configurations.
Opening of the new area in Bryansk is the next in turn stage of development the Modengy’s industrial infrastructure. The new line increases available capacity on applying anti-friction coatings, and expands the company’s technological capabilities at dealing with the parts of various purposes and sizes.
This area operating is oriented to both standard production tasks, and the items that require individual approach to their surface preparation, to applying the coating, and to its following heat treatment.
