MODENGY coatings are used in the gold extraction factory equipment in Magadan region

A large gold extraction factory is brought into service in Magadan region in 2022.

For the purpose of gold mining at a mine, high-tech mining equipment most of which is manufactured in Russia is used.

In process of mounting works, the solid lubrication technology in the machinery units realized with the coatings from the Russian Modengy company was used.

MODENGY 1003 anti-friction solid-film coating was applied onto the gyratory crushers buttress threads that are operated at the gold extraction factory to grind ore.

This product enables to make the mounting and large-size parts setting processes easier, preventing thread galling, scuffing, and other damages of the thread.

Like tests show, solid lubrication exclusively can manage this task. While using greases, significant number of damages is formed on the thread turns after parts unscrewing.

MODENGY 1003 coating has high load-carrying capacity, anti-score properties, long service lifetime, provides minimal friction in the unit. No dust and abrasive stick onto the surface treated with the solid-lubricating coating.

Applying MODENGY 1003 coating onto the gyratory crushers threads was done at the territory of Magadan region by the INSMO company’s specialists, the Modengy company’s authorized dealer. They have all required knowledge and skills on applying MODENGY coatings after having completed training at the Modengy Engineering Center.
