Dissolver screws used to make liquid homogeneous products of several components are subjected to corrosion forming. This causes rust particles to get into the finished mixtures. Besides, in process of mixing the materials to be mixed are sticking to the devices what affects quality of their operating in a negative way.
To provide longterm corrosion protection, and to prevent materials from sticking onto the mixer screws, MODENGY 1011 solid-film coating with high anti-adhesive and anti-corrosive properties is applied.
Due to this, service lifetime of the screws extends, and need in daily cleaning the devices of the stuck product is excluded.
