In process of producing meat dumpling half-finished products, dough is sticking to the dumpling machine parts what causes increasing quantity of spoiled products. In order to avoid this issue, a food grade anti-adhesive coating is applied onto the clamps and the platforms where the formed items are getting to.
It forms a separating layer on the parts surfaces providing non-stop running of the dumpling machines.
