MODENGY 1026
Railway carriage door locks

Metal locks used in the structure of external and internal railway carriage doors fail prematurely as a result of corrosion attack because of high humidity, temperature drops, atmospheric precipitation, and other aversive outer factors they are subjected to.
In order to provide effective corrosion protection as well as to reduce friction between the locking mechanisms parts, MODENGY 1026 coating based on molybdenum disulfide is used.
It has high anti-corrosive properties (> 760 hours in salt mist, according to ISO 9227), low friction coefficient, is easy to apply, and cures at room temperature.
