Dippers for hot-dip galvanizing shop equipment
In the robotized complexes on collecting hard zinc that is forming in the hot-dip galvanization bath, the metal dippers are used. They are in contact with melted zinc dross in process of operating.
Under conditions of high temperatures, dense sticking deposits are forming on their working surfaces that make cleaning difficult, and extending equipment maintaining time.
To solve this issue, MODENGY 1054 anti-adhesive high-temperature coating is applied onto the working surfaces of the dippers. It forms a thin protective layer having high separating properties due to what hot dross does not stick to metal.
Application of MODENGY 1054 coating enables to make cleaning the dippers easier, to reduce mechanical impact to their surfaces, and to provide stable and efficient operation of the hot-dip galvanization lines.
