Hydraulic drives are used for the purpose of transforming energy of a fluid into mechanical energy to provide to-and-fro motion of the outlet link.
They have found wide spread in specialty machinery of many types, machine tools, hydraulic presses, and other equipment.
For special operational conditions, hydraulic cylinders of special configuration are used.
For examples, in case of need in great efforts on the rod of hydraulic cylinder in absence of possibility to enlarge external diameter, the tandem devices (installed consistently) are used.
Due to adding the second working chamber and an additional piston, increase of the efficient area of the hydraulic cylinder is achieved.
The rods of the hydraulic cylinders are connected by using the elements having thread on either side.
In process of functioning of the tandem hydraulic cylinder, these parts are exposed to extremely high loads (tensile load can reach 35 tonnes). Under such conditions, the threaded parts are subjected to galling and sticking.
In order to prevent the parts from damaging, MODENGY 1005 anti-friction solid-film coating is used. It is characterized by high load-carrying capacity, provides a lubricating-and-separating layer between the conjugated surfaces.
Due to this, direct contact of the thread turns, their sticking and galling are excluded, the process of mounting and following dismantling of the connections gets easier.
MODENGY 1005 coating is applied by the producible method of spraying-out, and gets polymerized at heating in a kiln. After cure of the product, a thin steady layer is created on the surfaces of the treated parts that requires no renewing.
