The meeting of Mr. Egor V. Kovalchuk, the Acting Governor of the Bryansk region, with the head leaders of the industrial enterprises of the region took place on August 28th, 2026.
On this meeting, the most relevant issues concerning industry development such as usage of mechanisms of the state support for business entities, development of investment projects, creation of industrial parks, available tools of the Industrial Development Fund were discussed at this meeting.
In the course of the meeting, Mrs. Yulia A. Prudnikova, the General Director of the Modengy SPC, as a project initiator proposed a project on industrial cooperation development in the region.
The Modengy SPC is the Russian manufacturer of the lubricants under MODENGY and GRAPHENOM brands. The company has and develops its own production, import-substituting solutions for machine engineering, transport, and industry, contributes to developing the economy of the region.
The direct dialogue with the regional authorities helps promptly resolve the issues of production growth, receive support measures as well as participate in forming the industry development program of the region taking into account the needs of the enterprises.
