Mrs. Yulia A. Prudnikova, the General Director of the Modengy RPC (LLC), was named among the finalists of the 5th Young Industrialist of the Year All-Russian Award. The solemn awarding ceremony took place in Yekaterinburg as a part of the international INNOPROM-2026 Industrial Trade Fair in presence of the representatives of the federal and regional authorities, the heads of the leading industrial companies.
Yulia Alexandrovna was awarded a Diploma from Mr. Anton A. Alikhanov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
Being included into TOP-200 List is not only Yulia Alexandrovna’s personal achievement but also a sign of high trust towards the Modengy company, its products, and the team. This Award appreciates actual contribution to industry development: implementation of innovations, creation of productions, technological leadership. For the Modengy company, this is confirmation of its status as a recognized technological partner of the Russian industry.
The Award unites the owners, heads, and top managers of the progressive industrial enterprises. For this 5th jubilee edition, about a thousand applications were submitted to the contest, and the representatives of 65 regions of Russia reached the final.
Such a high appreciation reflects the Modengy’s contribution to development of the domestic industrial technologies. The enterprise designs and produces MODENGY anti-friction solid-film and other functional coatings for domestic equipment units. The company’s solutions are applied in the nuclear, oil and gas, metallurgic, polymer and other industries.
Among the newest directions of development are the coatings for extreme operational conditions, the compounds with graphene for the internal combustion engine piston skirts, hydrophobic coatings as well as the technologies of transparent coatings with fluorescent markers to improve application process quality control. Such work helps the Russian enterprises extend service lifetime of the equipment, improve reliability of the friction units, and efficiency of the production processes.
