The Modengy company closely interacts with the Russian producers of robotics and external skeletons for medical rehabilitation.
MODENGY 1066 anti-friction solid-film coating based on graphite and molybdenum disulfide provides clean dry lubrication of the adjusting plates of the external skeletons by reducing friction, preventing damaging of the conjugated surfaces, and eliminating noise at moving the elements.
Applying the coatings onto the parts batches is done at the Modengy Engineer Center in Bryansk town.
In February 2023, a representative of the external skeletons producer has visited the Modengy Engineer Center. He has got acquainted with the processes of preparing the parts, applying the coatings, and their quality control procedures.
The guest has also got interested in other application fields of the MODENGY anti-friction solid-film coatings, got acquainted with the samples of the robotics parts which those lubricating materials were applied on at the Engineer Center.
