In June 2024, a technical specialist of the Russian enterprise manufacturing the autonomous sources of welding current has visited the Modengy Engineering Center to discuss cooperation issues.
Autonomous welding machines are used by the largest oil-and-gas companies at mounting pipelines in the field, developing new fields, carrying out repairing works.
For the purpose of improving structure of the welding machine diesel engine parts, it was decided to apply MODENGY coatings onto them that provide friction and wear reduction, reliability increase, extend of the equipment service lifetime.
Our guest has acquainted in details with the principle of operation of MODENGY anti-friction solid-film coating, their advantages over the other types lubricating material, applying technology. Also, a tour around the Modengy enterprise was arranged for this specialist.
As a result of this meeting, the representatives of both companies have discussed issues of the further cooperation, define primary tasks, and agreed on applying the coatings onto the parts of the customer at the Modengy Engineering Center to test them further at the manufacturer.
Implementation of MODENGY anti-friction solid-film coatings is promising for the purpose of increasing productivity, and preventing failures of the equipment failures running in the field without opportunity for frequent maintenance and repairs.
