The Modengy’s chemists who designed it have completed the laboratory tests and released a pilot batch of MODENGY 4006 concentrated solid-film paste based on finely dispersed polytetrafluorethylene. This batch preceding mass production was sent for the experimental-industrial tests in the units of the customer’s equipment. 

This product has been created specifically for the units having the parts made of plastic, that is for the metal-to-plastic and plastic-to-plastic friction pairs.

MODENGY 4006 is a white product compatible with most of plastics. It has high load-carrying capacity and high anti-scoring properties, performs sealing function, prevents stick-slip motion.

This paste is intended to solve the following tasks: making mounting and dismantling threaded connections easier, preventing scoring and jamming, improving tightness of fixed joints, damping noises and vibrations, providing minimal friction in heavily loaded pairs.

This product belongs to Class 2 of consistency according to NLGI Classification which is te most universal consistency, it ´s a soft easy-to-use paste. Applying the product is done in a thin layer with a brush or a soft spatula.
