Designing and successful tests of the anti-friction solid-film coatings by the group of the engineers who had a desire to improve the solid lubrication technology gave the start to creating the Modengy company.
Modengy, LLC was opened in April 2017, and the same year its experts were awarded by the Government of Bryansk region for contribution to innovative development of the region.
In April 2022 it turns 5 years since the moment the company was created. A great deal of aims has been successfully achieved, and a great number of issued solved for this period.
The following achievements of the organization especially outstand among the main ones for the while it exists:
- Use of MODENGY coatings at the offshore area as a part of the Environment Protection Program while developing the marine oil and gas deposits
- Implementing the solid lubrication technology into innovative items of robotics to improve their quality and availability for the end users
- Creating MODENGY reversible adaptive coatings for high-tech equipment
- Opening the Modengy Engineering Center, testing laboratory with certified equipment, training center for the customers, expanding the sites for applying MODENGY coatings
- Creating the Modengy Research and Production Center
- Implementing our products into mass production of the internal combustion engines (ICE) at the leading motor plants
For these 5 years, MODENGY coatings have found wide application in equipment of nuclear, polymer, oil-and-gas, metallurgy industries, engineering, robotics, turbine building, and many other fields of production.
And during all this time we have been following our mission: we provide reliable functioning of equipment, and extend its service lifetime due to reducing friction and wear.
