For bag tea production, a lot amount of automated equipment is used that enables to make a great deal of products within a short while.
The machine tools mechanisms operate continuously with high rate what causes increased wear of the metal parts surfaces.
So, between the guideways and the side hold-down elements of the equipment to fix paper labels on the tea bags with metal staples high friction arises that leads to fast wear of the parts.
To solve this issue, the parts need to be lubricated, however there are significant limits at choosing a lubricating material – it is not recommended to use greases and liquid lubricants. Firstly, they can get on the finished product contaminating it. Secondly, tea dust sticks onto the sticky layer, and because of that wear of the equipment parts accelerates.
The most efficient way to improve smoothness of operating, and to extend service lifetime of the parts of the machine tool to produce bag tea is to apply an anti-friction coating. It provides clean and dry lubrication for the parts without causing sticking-on small particles, not emitting toxic evaporations, and leaving no traces on the products.
The coating is applied onto the parts out of a spraying gun, and after curing in the kiln makes a dry smooth layer strongly adherent with the base.
The coating has high resistance to abrasion providing lifetime lubricating for the parts with no need in renewal.
