The Rosmould is an international exhibition of moulds, casts, dies, and other moulding equipment. It is the area for meeting of business partners, and of implementing innovative technologies of this industry into their production.
This event has been visited by the Russian Modengy company developing and producing MODENGY anti-adhesive and anti-sticking solid-film coatings.
The company’s specialists have taken part in the exhibition for the purpose of learning about the new tendencies in moulding equipment production, and to help the companies in solving an acute issue of melted polymer material sticking onto the equipment in process of moulding.
MODENGY coatings form a solid anti-adhesive separating layer on the surface of the parts that hinds polymers sticking, makes the process of taking the finished items out of the moulds easier, extends service lifetime of the accessories.
These products are already successfully used on the moulding surfaces, pushers, guideways of the moulds, extruders’ and dies’ parts.
Participation in the exhibition has demonstrated the innovative materials, and positive experience of using them as well as new fields of applicationof MODENGY anti-adhesive and anti-friction coating to the manufacturers.
