The Modengy company has completed design, and presented MODENGY 4005 high-temperature thread paste. This product is made on basis of solid lubricating and anti-sticking material, mainly, copper, graphite, and separating agents.
It is intended to make easier mounting and dismantling of the threaded connections running at very high temperatures (up to +1100 °С) and/ or being exposed to corrosively active media.
After the base mineral oil evaporates out of the paste's composition, anti-scoring and lubricating functions are fulfilled by the solid lubricating and anti-sticking materials.
Due to providing the friction coefficient that is stable and optimal for the threaded connections, and to effective separation of the surfaces, the paste guarantees quality tightening without forming scores or jamming at assembly; standard dismantling of the equipment even after rather long operating at heavy loads under adverse conditions.
The new product is released in 800 GR tin Cans, and 4 KG tin Pails.
Applying MODENGY 4005 is carried out with a brush in a thin layer onto the cleaned and degreased surfaces.
The paste has NLGI-1 consistency, it is a soft material. This provides easy application and distributing of the compound along the surfaces.
