The Made in Russia Project is focused on supporting development of the Russian brands and domestic businessmen by means of placing information about them on the own informative sites.
At the present, special attention is paid to supporting initiatives focused on import substitution of the products.
One of the participants of the Project in the Import Substation direction has become a Russian Modengy company that specializes at designing and producing innovated lubricating materials, namely anti-friction solid-film coatings.
The interview on the development perspectives of the enterprise, import substitution successes, and new products for the Made in Russia Project was given by Mrs. Yulia Prudnikova, the Modengy’s company Development Director. (You are welcome to watch it on https://madeinrussia.ru/ru/news/9708 link).
She remarked that (quotation) ‘in 2002, we are observing growth in orders number related with the imported materials leaving the Russian market. Due to this, we have opened new trend, and enlarged the ranges of the products we produce. Now, besides the anti-friction coatings, we also release pastes, greases, and dry adaptive lubricating materials in sprays form.’ (end of the quotation).
‘In 2002, the Modengy company has turned 5 years. For this period, more than 20 coating types have been designed including some of them as a part of import substitution program for the foreign products that left the Russian market, or were sanctioned’, Yulia clarified.
‘Also, the high-tech coating that has no existing analogues has been made. It has already found its application among Russian producers of micro-turbines. MODENGY 1090 has been designed for high-temperature slide friction units, and effectively operates even at +730 °С’.
The Modengy company accepts applications for designing or selecting the analogues to replace the imported compounds.
