The Modengy experts got down to solving this issue. It was suggested to apply MODENGY 1006 и MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coatings onto the supports and rollers.
The experience of using these materials at the enterprises on producing load-lifting machinery has revealed high results: the coatings have provided reliable protection to the metal supports against corrosion, and stabilized friction coefficient in the steel/Kevlar pair, and by this way improved reliability of the whole system.
