MODENGY 4006 paste has been presented for the first time to the guests of the international Gas. Oil. Technologies – 2025 Trade Fair.
This is a concentrated lubricating material based on finely dispersed polytetrafluorethylene created to reduce friction and wear in the units with metal-to-polymer and polymer-to-polymer friction pairs.
The chemists who designed it were oriented to creating white pure product with wide service temperatures range (-40 to +260 °С) that would have sealing properties, good adhesion, water resistance, compatibility with most of plastics, high load-carrying capacity and anti-scoring properties, low and stable friction coefficient.
MODENGY 4006 damps noise and vibrations, prevents scuffing and jamming, reduces friction in the heavily loaded pairs. This concentrated paste belongs to consistency Class 2 according to NLGI classification. This material is soft, can be easily spread over the surface, convenient to use. Applying of the compound onto preliminary cleaned surfaces is done with a brush or a soft spatula.
