In June 2022, a scientific officer of The Metal-and-Polymer Systems Mechanics Institute of Belarus National Science Academy (MPSMI BNSA) has visited the Modengy Traingin Center for the purpose of getting knowledge and skills on how to use MODENGY anti-friction solid-film coatings.
As a part of his professional activity this specialist participate in producing the items of the latest polymer materials. In improve quality of the finished elements, and to prevent damaging them while taking out of the moulds, MODENGY 1054 coating will be applied into sockets of the molding equipment. It retains its operability at very high temperatures, and has excellent anti-adhesive properties.
The specialist has taken a complete training course including acquaintance with the methods of analyzing and preparing the parts surfaces, training-off the skills of handling with spraying and other equipment for applying coatings, practicing the processes of applying, drying, and controlling quality of the resulted layer.
Practicing the skills of applying the coatings were held on the samples of the customer which will be used for making polymer items further on.
Our guest has gained all the stages of handling with the coatings perfectly well. At return he will be able to replay the entire cycle of applying these products.
This meeting has also resulted in intended plans for cooperation between the Modengy company, and MPSMI NSA of Belarus have been proposed in the field of using the latest polymer materials that the Institute produces in composition of MODENGY coatings.
