This new product is applied in the friction units having the parts made of plastic, metal, rubber, and wood, effectively reducing friction, wear, and eliminating stick-slip motion.
MODENGY A-FLON has no binder (resin). The dry PTFE powder containing in the composition of this lubricant while being applied onto a part is distributing all over its surface area, is easily adapting to friction conditions, fills in the microroughness caves, and thus forming a dry lubricating coating on the mated part. This enables to do lubricating without disassembling the unit.
This adaptive material contributes to reducing friction, and to extending service lifetime of the unit, in general. Besides, the dry white lubrication accumulates no dust.
This product is operable within a wide temperature range (-70 to +250 °C), nevertheless, it is forbidden to apply it onto heated surfaces since it contains a solvent in its composition. It is also not recommended to use it with excess.
MODENGY A-FLON is released in 520 ML aerosol cans with two replaceable nozzles: a tubule for hard-to-reach zones, and an ordinary spray nozzle for flat surfaces. A layer of the lubricant gest completely dry in 10 minutes.
