MODENGY 1001 coating testing on the console rolling cages has been completed at the territory of a large Russian metallurgy enterprise.
MODENGY 1001 based on molybdenum disulfide and graphite is applied onto the rolling cages working shafts made of steel high alloy as a separative coating to prevent coherence between their surfaces and bronze bushings under the impact of high pressure (100 bar).
Use of this coating enables to provide stability of the pressing and unpressing processes after the rolling process of the bushings off the working shafts without sticking, to extend service lifetime of the equipment under conditions of high service temperatures (up to +250 °С), and rolling loads.
MODENGY 1001 coating is convenient to be applied out of an aerosol can or a spraying-out gun, it gets cured fast at room temperature, so that a layer of the product is ready to be used in 15 minutes after applying.
This enables to use this coating under conditions of a metallurgy enterprise without using any additional drying equipment.
