Cable entry is an item that is used to entry cables and wires to the electrical technical devices. The cable entries systems provide cables fixing and protecting against mechanical damages, breaks, and premature wear.

They are set in the cases when there is no possibility to supply electric wiring in a hidden way. The cable entries systems are widely spread in the housing and communal services, industry, trading spaces, telecommunications.

As a rule, the cable entries consist of a case, terminals, seals, captive nuts, union nuts, and counter nuts.

The all-purpose variant for producing the cable entry elements is stainless steel. It is resistant to adverse environmental conditions, temperature drops.

However, due to the properties of the corrosion-resistant material, namely, high inclination to forming scuffings and galling because of plastic deformation of the thread turns, the process of mounting and dismantling of the connections makes more complicated.

To solve this issue, MODENGY 1001 anti-friction solid-film coating is used. It forms a dry separating layer on the parts that insulates the turns from one the other preventing their damage.

This product is intended to run under conditions of dry lubrication. It has high lubricating and anti-scuffing properties, long service lifetime (it needs no refreshing even after multiple cycles of screwing-unscrewing the connections).

MODENGY 1001 is applied out of an aerosol can or MODENGY M1-250 spray gun, and gets polymerized at room temperature. It is convenient to be used by your own even in the field.

Due to use of the coating, nuts mounting and dismantling makes easier, reliability of operating, and service lifetime of the cable entries, in general, improve.
