Gears motion provides oil pumping through and forming pressure in the system. In process of their operating, parts cogs are subjected to mechanical wear since they function under conditions of high loads and friction.
Mechanical wear of the cogs leads to weak cogging of the gear with the drive roller and its slipping-by. Low oil pressure in the engine becomes a consequence of the gear failure.
