Decorative moldings, the overhead convex slats, are used to decorate door, frames, walls, furniture, and other items.
Many of them are made of wood paste, the mass consisting of wood powder, polymer adhesives, oils, and solvents. The items of this material are notable for being easy to produce, low cost, aesthetic attractiveness, and long service lifetime.
Making the decorative items of the wood paste is performed by using moulds, the metal tools repeating the configuration and dimensions of a future molding.
To prevent wood paste sticking to the shape-forming surface of the tools in process of moldings production, MODENGY 1009 and MODENGY 1014 solid-film coatings with anti-adhesive properties are used.
Due to applying these products, and to preventing paste sticking, the products quality improves, taking the finished items out of the moulds gets easier, time costs for cleaning the tools of the paste residues decrease, service lifetime of the equipment extends.
The coatings don’t get destructed at contact with solvents which the wood paste contains in its composition, and require no refreshment for the entire service lifetime of the moulds for moldings production.
