The enterprises on producing polymer packaging film have appealed to the Modengy company for help to solve the problem of wearing out the factory coating layer of calibrator, a device on which a thin layer of polymer is formed.
The coating damage caused film defects, and resulted in regular expensive repairs of the calibrator or necessity to buy a new one.
This problem was thoroughly studied, and especially smooth MODENGY 1006 and MODENGY 1010 anti-friction coatings were offered to solve it. These antifriction solid-film coatings are characterized by low friction coefficient and high heat resistance. In the course of testing they managed with the task set towards them in a superior way, and thus, earned approving reviews from the technical experts.
As a result of using these coatings, efficiency of the equipment on producing polymer film has increased by 5 times, while percent of the defective goods has significantly reduced. The enterprises have managed to cut down their costs for regular calibrator repairs and compelled purchase of the new equipment.
