The Modengy company cooperates with a large Russian enterprise engaged in development and production of the components for the main pipelines.
In February, 2024, the representatives of this enterprise have visited the Modengy Engineering Center in Bryansk town to get acquainted with the technology of applying MODENGY anti-friction solid-film coatings.
The specialists have faced the issue of galling in the threaded connections made of stainless steel at setting measuring sensors onto the main pipelines.
In order to provide easy mounting and following dismantling of the fittings, to prevent the thread turns from deformation and damage, our engineers have selected several options among MODENGY coatings of ‘cold’ and ‘hot’ curing.
As soon as this technology has been mastered by their specialists, the process of applying MODENGY coating will be reproduced at the territory of this enterprise. The threaded connection parts passed quality control will go under testing.
