A representative of compressor plants manufacturer has visited the Modengy Engineering Center. As a part of joint work, a MODENGY coating of hot curing was selected that will prevent scuffing and provide long reliable functioning of the equipment.
Having faced the issue of scuffing forming on the equipment parts, this manufacturer of compressor plants addressed the Modengy company to select anti-friction solid-film coating.
After getting theory on principles of work and properties of MODENGY coatings, the customer visited the Modengy Engineering Center in Bryansk town to get acquainted with the technology of applying MODENGY coatings of hot curing in practice.
The representative of the manufacturer took part in processes of preparing the surfaces, applying, and controlling quality of the MODENGY coating onto the sample parts of compressor plants.
The prepared items will undergo testing, and as soon as the tests results are gained, the decision on implementing MODENGY coatings into mass production of the parts will be made.
As a part of the visit, the arrangements were also achieved concerning the further joint work and promising projects related with developing and producing compressor equipment.
