The works on applying anti-adhesive food grade coating onto the parts of the equipment to produce plastic cups for children’s food have been completed at the Modengy Engineering Center.
The coating was applied onto the working areas of moulds to produce plastic containers for the purpose of preventing polypropylene and carbon deposit from sticking to the moulding surfaces.
The separating layer is also necessary on the plates that are used to edge-solder containers with a polyethylene film for the purpose of sealing them after having been filled with food products.
Acceptance of using the anti-adhesive coating on such equipment has been confirmed by the appropriate documents.
The Modengy company performs applying anti-adhesive coatings onto the parts of the industrial equipment to prevent the surfaces from cohesion, and to make equipment cleaning from the debris of the polymer materials or food products easier.
