Since 2011, the Engineering Workers Guild of Russia keeps holding the annual International Youth Industrial Forum named The Engineers Of The Future.
The purpose of this event is to involve the young specialists into machine engineering industry enterprises activity, to support initiatives of the talented engineers and designers, to implement the innovative projects into production.
In year 2023, this Forum has taken place in Tula region. The engineers from 70 regions of Russia have become its participants.
At The Engineers Of The Future Forum, the anti-friction solid-film coatings technology as well as the test results of MODENGY molybdenum disulfide coatings trials in vacuum carried out jointly with the Machine Science Institute named after A.Blagonravov of the Russian Science Academy (MSI RSA) have been presented.
These trials have passed successfully and proved once again that MODENGY solid-lubricating coatings have long service lifetime under conditions of vacuum, effectively prevent seizure, reduce friction and wear, improve reliability of equipment operating.
