As a part of the Tatarstan petrochemical forum, one of the largest international level events of the industry, The Supplier's Day of the Gazprom (PJSC) was arranged.

The executives of the Russia industrial enterprises taking part in the business agenda gathered together to discuss the tasks in the field of import substitution, enhancing technological independence of the country’s fuel-energy complex, the relevant issues of oil-and-gas industry development.

One of the participants of the Supplier’s Day was the Modengy company. Mrs. Yulia Prudnikova, the Director of Enterprise Development, presented the report on the development results of the protective anti-friction coatings for the underwater extraction systems, offshore oil-producing platform fasteners, pipeline accessories, casing pipe threads, and pump-compressor pipe threads.

She also informed the audience about the development results and launching production of the new polymer composite coatings as a substitute for the imported materials that left the market of the Russian Federation.

Use of MODENGY anti-friction solid-film coatings significantly extends service lifetime of the oil-and-gas equipment units, makes performing the lifting and lowering operations easier, enables to avoid difficulties at dismantling the parts that were operated under adverse conditions, or standing idle for a long while.

The participants who got interested in the solid lubrication technology visited the Modengy’s Stand at the TatOilExpo-2024 Exhibition where the examples of the fulfilled orders on applying MODENGY coatings onto the equipment parts of the various industries including the oil-and-gas one were demonstrated. Agreements on the starting new large-scale projects in the petrochemical sphere were achieved.
