MODENGY 4001 lubricating-and-mounting paste is a new product in the Modengy company’s product line.
It has been developed to be used in metal-to-metal friction pairs, it perfectly fits for open units at operating them under conditions of aggressive impact of the environment.
This paste has passed tests at the leading Russian manufacturer of load-lifting machinery. It has become a replace for the imported lubricating material used before.
MODENGY 4001 was used to lubricate friction pairs of the grapplers for loading up scrap metal, and other materials of free configuration with lifting capacity up to 2 tonnes. The parts of the gripping device are made of high-strength steel.
As soon as the held tests had been completed, the equipment manufacturer has made his positive conclusion about operability of the paste in the gripper units as well as has made decision on using MODENGY 4001 lubricating-and-mounting paste at producing and maintaining grapplers.
This product is held great in the friction units, is not washed out, provides longterm lubrication, corrosion protection.
Use of the solid-film paste will extend service lifetime of the gripping device joints even at their intensive operating under conditions of exposure to the aversive factors of the external environment.
