MODENGY anti-friction solid-film coatings are used in the structure of the bearings that are applied onto the petals working surfaces.
Anti-friction coating is extremely necessary to prevent fast wear of the petal as at the moments of starting/ stopping the unit, when the shaft gains no high rotary speed, the petals are rubbing intensely along its surface.
Applying the coatings onto the bearing petals was being held by the Modengy’s experts in Bryansk for a long while,however, as items release kept growing, the manufacturer made a decision to create a line on applying these materials at its own enterprise.
For this purpose, a representative of the manufacturer has been trained on theory and practical skills on applying MODENGY coatings at the Engineer Center in Bryansk in March 2023.
Under control of the technicians and engineers, this specialist of the company has acquainted with the methods of preparing the part surfaces to coatings applying, had practice with the spraying equipment, learnt polymerization modes for each product used for that, fulfilled coating quality control after its curing.
