Scuffing and galling appear on the threaded connections turns of the gyratory crushers because of high loads and slow sliding.

To protect them from damaging, MODENGY 1003 anti-friction solid-film coating is applied onto the buttress threads of the gyratory crushers. It forms a steady lubricating separating layer that makes assembly and adjustment of the connections easier, excludes forming scuffing and galling.

The dry lubrication effectively operates under conditions of high dustiness, and enables to assemble and disassemble the equipment for developing deposits multiple times.
