At operating kiln trolleys, their wheels made of heat-resistant glass-fibre plastic get worn as a result of contact with sliding bearings.
To reduce friction in the wheel-to-bushing pair, and to provide long reliable operation of the trolley wheels, MODENGY 1003 and MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coatings are applied onto the bearings.
These coatings minimize friction coefficient, retain their operability under conditions of high temperatures, and dustiness, require no renewing.
