In process of conveyor rollers operating severe friction appears between the metal axis and the rubber collar because of which the components get worn prematurely.
To extend service life of the equipment they apply MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coating onto the axis slot. It creates resistant separating layer reducing friction in the rubber-to-metal pair as well as improves rollers motion smoothness.
Due to its dry texture, this product effectively operates under conditions of dustiness, and gives no contribution to abrasive wear of the parts.
