Greases are usually used for the parts of the drying kiln trolleys wheels that operate at temperatures up to +200 °С and above. However, they burn out fast at such temperatures, the parts undergo increased wear, squeak appears while operating.
Applying MODENGY 1005 and MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coatings onto the slide bearings of the trolley wheels provide reducing friction coefficient, extending service lifetime of the elements, and their smooth going. The coatings have high load-carrying capacity, long service life, and service temperature up to + 255 °С. The other more heat resistant MODENGY coatings with the service temperature upper limit of +500 °С can also be used if necessary.
