Applying MODENGY 1005 and MODENGY 1066 coatings onto the gears of the robot-manipulators steering mechanisms provides conformity with the strict requirements towards accuracy of their positioning on the assembly conveyor. 

Due to reducing and stabilizing friction coefficient, stick-slip motion is prevented, reliability of the assembly robots increases, and their service lifetime extends.
