Producers of the gas adjusting valves face the issue of tightness failure while valves operating. It is often related to intensive wear of the rubber seals.
It causes carrying the operational fluid out of the internal volume of the valve retarders at to-and-fro motions of the rods along the rubber seals.
Applying MODENGY 1066 and MODENGY PTFE-A20 coatings onto the work surface of the rods reduces friction between them and the valve rubber seals. Due to this wear of the parts is prevented, and tightness of the units improves.
