One of the main parts of the globe valve is a pin. Combined with a liner as a pair, they determine in many aspects friction loss, unit reliability and durability.
MODENGY 1014 coating is applied onto the ball pin, and creates a separating dry lubricating layer. It provides smooth motion, reduces friction, prevents jamming, and has high anticorrosive properties.
Use of the coating on the stage of production of the spherical joints enables to provide minimal gap between the parts, and thus reduce dynamic shock loads, and probability of getting the abrasive particles from outer environment into the unit. In process of running-in, MODENGY 1014 forms optimal microgeometry of the parts and the gap in the connection, makes sliding easier extending service lifetime significantly.
