To protect metal frames intended to apply varnish onto the industrial items with following curing it, MODENGY 1009 coating based on polytetrafluorethylene is used.
It forms a layer with low adhesion to varnish on the parts, due to which sticking-on is significantly prevented, and cleaning the frames from a thick layer of cured material gets easier.
MODENGY 1009 coating effectively operates in contact with heated vanish, and being exposed to intensive ultraviolet rays, that is, under conditions typical for the items varnishing process.
