MODENGY 1006 / 1014

The manufacturers of load-lifting equipment applied to our company for technical assistance when they had faced the necessity to improve reliability of the system of Kevlar belts, and steel support blocks with the rollers. The problem was that it was hard to fix the belts in the certain positions due to wide variety of the friction coefficient in the steel/Kevlar pairs. More than that, what made the situation even worse was that equipment is usually operated outdoors, and thus, it needs an effective corrosion protection.

The Modeling & Engineering company’s technical experts have solve the set tasks by suggesting applying MODENGY 1006 and MODENGY 1014 anti-friction coating onto the steel support blocks, and the rollers.

These materials have provided reliable corrosion protection to the parts of Kevlar belts, and the steel support blocks with rollers, and stabilized the friction coefficient in the steel/Kevlar pair, and as a result have improved reliability of the entire system in general.
