MODENGY 1026

Mandrel is a work member of a labeller: it is what a thermocontractable sleeve is sliding along while being put on a bottle. The line is functioning virtually non-stop, that is why it is important to provide protection for the label against jamming and wrinkling as a result of rubbing the plastic label sleeves against metal.

MODENGY 1026 coating effectively reduces friction, and decreases resistance when the thermo-sleeve is moving along all the surfaces of the mandrel. Applying of this 'cold curing' coating is easily built in into the line maintenance regulation, no additional downtime of the equipment is required.
